Seriously

Ok seriously things are getting a bit ridiculous at the salon. Who knew that you could get written up for not hitting commission? I surely didn't. Yesterday my boss said that the District manager called and said that since I didn't hit commission on my last paycheck, if I don't hit it again this pay period I will get written up. They keep stressing to UPSALE... Well there is only so much that you can do when you don't have anyone to UPSALE to. There is only so much I can do.
